Getting Started

Thanks for the opportunity to help you with the sale of your property!

“So, what happens next?”

Before making a decision on something as important as the sale of your home, it is vital to have all the information you need. My goal is to help you do that quickly and easily:

  •  Step 1. We'll begin with a brief telephone interview to learn a little about your property and your situation. Next, we will arrange for a meeting to walk through the property and gather more information about your home. The information in this packet may spark more questions. Feel free to ask me anything about the process of marketing and selling your home or any other concerns that you may have. After I have seen your home, I will research information on active listings, pending sale, recently closed sales, and general market activity in your neighborhood. I will prepare a detailed report and we will schedule a second meeting at your home or at my office.
  • Step 2. At our second meeting, we will have a chance to share information about the “Comparative Market Analysis,” and I can answer any questions you have about the pricing of your home or other concerns. I will also provide a “net sheet” that will provide an estimate of your selling costs and what you can expect to realize from the sale of your home.
  • Step 3. When you are ready, and when we are both clear with regard to your goals, I will propose a solution to help you meet these goals. I will provide pricing guidelines, a timeline and specific recommendations to help you get the best price and terms for your property in the least amount of time and with the least amount of inconvenience.

Although the process has been systematized to insure the best results, I will always strive to tailor the plan to meet your needs and to communicate in a way that works best for you.
